Of course, a number of conditions must be met, such as:

• You must be registered in the Ministry of Health’s BIG register
• Before settling down, it is wise to inform the board of the regional Physical Therapy Society and also colleagues in the catchment area of the future practice. Future contacts and possible cooperation with those immediate colleagues will then likely be better.
• Contact (regional) health insurer(s) so that you can qualify for a contract with these institutions.
• Be well informed about finances and insurance.
• Delve into market trends within the field.
